LE ANTON produces limited quantities with an emphasis on construction, presentation, and condition. For this reason, all return and exchange requests are reviewed carefully.
Overview
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unworn
- unused
- unwashed
- undamaged
- in its original condition
- returned with all original tags, packaging, garment bags, labels, and accessories included
Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- sale or discounted items
- limited-release items marked as final sale
- custom or made-to-order products
- gift cards
- items without original tags or packaging
- items showing signs of wear, alteration, fragrance, stains, damage, or washing
LE ANTON reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the required condition standards.
HOW TO START A RETURN

- order number
- full name
- item being returned
- reason for return
- clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund has been approved but has not appeared yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider or payment processor.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Because LE ANTON operates with limited inventory, we cannot guarantee that another size or item will be available.
If an exchange is approved, the original item must be returned in eligible condition before the replacement is dispatched.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund where eligible.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
- order number
- clear photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
- description of the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
Shipping returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. LE ANTON is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

GIFTS
If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, an approved return may be issued as store credit.

FINAL REVIEW
All returns are subject to inspection.
LE ANTON reserves the right to decline returns that fail to meet our condition standards or appear worn, damaged, altered, washed, or incomplete.
