LE ANTON operates on a limited-production model. Each order is prepared with attention to presentation, handling, and quality control prior to dispatch.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
During collection launches, limited releases, holidays, or periods of increased demand, processing times may extend slightly.
Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the customer.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
LE ANTON currently ships domestically and internationally to selected regions.
Shipping availability may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees determined by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.
LE ANTON is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, LE ANTON is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the shipping carrier directly while also notifying our support team.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to:
- incorrect address information
- failed delivery attempts
- refusal of delivery
- unpaid customs fees
the customer may be responsible for:
- return shipping fees
- reshipment costs
- customs return charges
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
LE ANTON reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict shipments to certain regions, addresses, or individuals where necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or operational limitations.
